World Leprosy Day 2024
THEME 2024 - BEAT LEPROSY
World Leprosy day was conducted on 30th Jan 2024 at RVMIMS & RC. This day was selected to coincide with the Martyrdom day of Mahatma Gandhi who worked tirelessly to help people affected with leprosy.
To bring about awareness of leprosy amongst undergraduate and postgraduates of RVMIMS & RC Institution. The program was conducted by department of Dermatology Venerealogy Leprosy and Community Medicine.
The following activities were undertaken

Epidemiology Aspects by Dr. Ramyatha (PSM S.R)
Clinical Aspects by Dr. P. Harshini (J.R-3 DVL)
Skit by MBBS Students of 2022 Batch
E- Poster by MBBS Students of 2022 and 2023 Batch
Concluding remarks by Dr. Aruna Tubachi (Prof. & HOD Community Medicine)
Postgraduates, Undergraduates of RVMIMS & RC and Faculty from various departments participated in the event.
